The central feature of the open plan living/dining room is a traditional stone fireplace. There is a Vermont woodstove in the sunroom, and a woodburning cookstove in the kitchen. Pine tables, chairs and desk/cabinet were custom made for the cottage, as were the cherrywood topped kitchen cabinets.
